About ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ: Located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ is a provincial co-operative association of education providers - the only one of its kind in Canada. Services Requested: We are beginning the process of hiring a new President and Chief Executive Officer. To ensure we recruit the right individual to lead ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ into its next chapter, we are seeking the support, guidance, and expertise from an executive search firm with national reach, particularly those with experience in sourcing talent for leadership roles in the education or related and non-profit sectors.

The selected firm will be responsible for working with and guiding the Search Committee in all stages of recruitment (including job description review, job posting actively sourcing candidates, etc.), selection (short-listing candidates, creating interview materials, conducting assessments (if needed) etc.) and contract negotiation with the final selected candidate.

Submission: At this stage, we do not require a formal proposal given our committee’s familiarity with the executive search process. However, if you wish to include information with your quote that would deepen our understanding of your firm’s approach, similar experience, team, and/or anything else you think helps us to better understand your quote, please include it with your submission.
